Brooklyn 2 Weeks Old
Miss Brooklyn...It is hard to believe you are only two weeks old. It seems like you have been a part of our family for much longer than that. Well...Mommy got very very sick Sunday and wasn't able to do all of the fun Easter things so I guess we will be dressing up in Easter clothes next Sunday. I'm on antibiotics and already feeling better. Then yesterday you started getting a cold so Mommy took you to the Dr. just to be extra safe and get your chest looked at. The Dr. said your chest sounded great and that it would be hard to keep you from getting colds since Bailey and Jackson both have one. You don't act like you feel bad and don't mind at all Mommy using the bugar sucker and getting all of that crud out. You are already eating and sleeping like a dream. You eat every 4 hrs at night and 3-4 hrs. during the day. Yesterday at the Dr. you already weighed 8 pounds and 4 ounces. You are a growing healthy girl! We are going to start using a humidifier in our room so hopefully that will help clear up your little cold. Here is a couple of pics I saw of you today on Amy's photo site. These were the newborn pics done in our house when you were five days old. Hopefully I will get the proofs soon so I can get to sending out announcements. Pops and MeMe have been taking care of Jackson and Bailey during the day this week. They are off school for spring break and having lots of fun. Today Jacks went to see the Mr. Horton movie but lft one hour into it because " I don't really like this Pops can we go??" And Miss Bailey..you played at Me-Me's and got in some good girl time and then went to run errands and see Mam-Ma Goss. Mommy is starting to improve physically with my back, hips, joints, etc...which makes me so so excited. I can actually walk now pain free!! Our God is good. I can't wait just to drive..it has been since the beginning of Janurary which seems like forever ago. And yes...we should have a new site soon for all the kids..can't wait to only have one. Will let you all know as soon as it is up and running.
