First Day of Pre K3

Jackson you started Pre-K3 this week. You are going three days a week, M, W, and Th. You were so so excited about going to the three year old big boy class as you called it. You told everyone that you were almost three and held up your three fingers. You say I'm two now (holding up two fingers) but I will be this many soon! You love your new teachers...Mrs. Shelia, Mrs. Priscilla, and Mrs. Norma. You also love the fact that they have a dress up station where you can pretend to be a Dr., Fireman, etc...and you now get to go on the big kid playground. You will do Music on Mondays, Spanish on Wednesdays, and an Art Teacher comes in on Thursdays and does special projects with you all. You seem to really enjoy it. You told me that Miles, Ian, and Emma were your best friends. You also said that Emma looks like Katie and that she loves you and she is now your girlfriend. I don't know where you come up with this stuff unless if Daddy is doing some pep talks that I'm unaware of. I love you sweet-heart. You have learned how to write some letters and have mastered the letter A. We started working on letters a few weeks ago and I drew an A for you and told you how to make one. You got it on your second try and of course I was amazed..but I'm your Mommy so of course I think you are the smartest boy ever! When I picked you up the other day you said "Mommy I'm not ready yet..I'm doing my homework!" I then asked you what you were working on and you said "I'm writing my A's!" And sure enough there was a page full of A's. Your Birthday is next Thursday. We will be at Silver Dollar City celebrating. Mommy can't wait. Everyday you say how many days until we go to the condo. We are having your party at Jump Zone on Sept. 8th. This is your fav place right now. Mommy just can't believe you are going to be three! Here are the pics I took of you before your first big day.

Our boys are certainly growing up! I'm sure Jackson is going to have a blast! Bryce can't wait for Jackson's birthday party...it's amazing how he's only seen him on the computer but thinks they're big buds! So funny! Hope Pre K goes great!
